Starting at $2500+ per room*

- Contractor procurement/ coordination if needed
- Full on-site installation assistance and coordination
-Access to exclusive trade only vendors
-Turn around time 4-6 weeks. Note: This timeframe is for concept kuration only. Most projects take 3+ months to complete. Due to Covid, lead times may be longer.***

1.Book Consultation (required) -Typically account for 2 hours minimum if more than 1 room.
2. After Consultation, 50% of total design fee is due.

$3-$5 per square foot
Staging Experience

This service includes a full design mock-up and mood board. All staging aspects like furniture kuration, accessories, window treatments, flooring, paint/ wall-coverings etc..

Complete questionnaire and pay/deposit (50% of fee)
**Consultation required. $175 per hour. Typically account for 2 hours minimum if more than 1 room.
